Garlic and chilli prawns



Getting dinner together after a day of work can sometimes be a struggle, but good tasty food doesn't need to take a long time to make. Here's what I threw together in less than half an hour.

Garlic and chilli banana prawns on a bed of mash potato and butternut pumpkin, served with a broccoli and truffle oil soup.

Shelling and deveining the prawns took the most time in preparing the meal. I prefer banana prawns over the larger king and tiger prawn varieties as they are sweeter and lighter in texture.
